Two of the most common complaints made by insulin users and caregivers who administer insulin are:
1.Transparency of the syringe barrel. Most are cloudy, foggy, or covered by a sheath. 2.Graduation indicators are too small or poorly applied to accurately measure dose.

At Nurse Rosie Products we strive to be part of the solution not part of the problem.
Insulin syringes are also smaller which makes them even more difficult to use. Living with Diabetes or caring for someone who does is enough of a challenge without having to worry if you have drawn enough or drawn too much medication.
At Nurse Rosie Products, we have addressed as many issues as we could with the Safe-T-Shot, making it the premiere choice among caregivers and insulin users alike. Innovation made this possible and we're proud to offer it.

We toiled over where to put this bit of information about our NEW Safe-T-Shot and decided this was as good a place as any. The diameter of the needle for both the .5 & 1ml is 30G. Now you're officially out of excuses for not switching to Nurse Rosie's Safe-T-Shot.
