We know equipment down-time is a hassle. If a problem cannot be solved over the phone or by visiting our website, we will ship a replacement or loaner to your facility within 3 business days. Just call us by 2:00PM Eastern Time and if the problem cannot be resolved over the phone with one of our Techical Support Specialists, a replacement unit will be shipped to your facility.
