We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
Life Systems is currently seeking an additional Regional Account Executive to sell our products and programs into long term care facilities. We offer salary plus commissions, and full health benefits (after 60 days).
Duties and job requirements include:
·Acquire new customers through prospecting in assigned multi-state territory, outbound marketing/lead campaigns and referrals in partnership with outside sales representatives.
·Effectively utilize consultative selling techniques and/or processes to successfully determine prospect's needs and close the sale.
·Build a pipeline of potential future business by prospecting via the internet, assigned lists, outbound marketing/lead campaigns, and other sources as identified.
·Ability to identify and understand customer needs, take appropriate actions to ensure customer needs are met, and proactively search for ways to increase customer satisfaction.
·Target renewal and upgrade opportunities for existing customers.
·Work as part of a team with ability to manage own time, activities and resources, ensuring department standards are met on a consistent basis.
·Work with internal and external customers to build credibility and maintain trust.
·Forecast upcoming sales goals.
·Effectively use technology based customer management tools for lead follow-up and disposition, pipeline management, forecasting, and lost opportunity tracking.
·Represent company at industry trade shows.
·Occasionally in-service equipment at customers' facilities.
Qualifications:
·Self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
·Able to make large number of telephone calls on a daily basis
·Able to multi-task and have strong organizational skills
·Good math skills
·Ability to create sales proposals
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
·Minimum of one year experience in telemarketing or inside/outside sales
·General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. Familiarity with ACT a plus.
SALARY PLUS COMMISSION. PROVEN EARNING POTENTIAL OF $50,000+
We are currently recruiting for a CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE to support our customers and sales staff.
Duties and job requirements include:
• Ability to identify and understand customer needs, take appropriate actions to ensure those needs are met, and proactively search for ways to increase customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage own time, activities and resources to consistently ensure department standards are met.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers to build credibility and maintain trust.
• Ability to effectively use technology based customer management tools.
• Make monthly contact with approximately 300-400 customers in an assigned territory to verify supply needs, equipment issues, and other matters.
• Prepare simple contracts and amendments when customer needs change.
• Process casual orders for customers in need of occasional additions to their normal monthly order.
• Trouble shoot simple technical support issues with customer equipment.
• Conduct periodic customer surveys on product needs and/or product satisfaction.
• Alert sales staff to possible up-sell opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Able to make large number of telephone calls on a daily basis
• Excellent communication skills
• Good math skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Minimum typing speed of 45-55 wpm
• General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. Familiarity with ACT and Oracle based accounting
system a plus.
• 1+ years customer care experience
• High school graduate or GED
Salary up to $10.50 per hour and potential for quarterly bonuses, as well as full benefits after only 60 days!
